We welcome you to our Kryon Tasmanian Wilderness Experience as a valued guest. During the tour, we will be making stops and sometimes taking short walks. The aim of our time together is to have an incident free tour (among other glorious adventures together!).
We do require some further details from you, so for your safety and our duty of care, please complete the Kryon Travellers Booking Form below. Completing the Travellers Booking Form accurately will be beneficial and assist us during the tour in the case of an emergency situation. This information will remain confidential.
Each person booking must do the following steps to book their place on the Kryon Tasmanian Wilderness Experience.

Booking Conditions
1. Refunds, changes and Cancellation fees: Fees and extra charges will apply where a booking is changed. Fees and extra charges will also apply when tickets or documents are re-issued. Cancellations fees: Should you have to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply. Your $888 travel deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, will be forfeited. Booking fees are also excluded from refund. If your cancellation occurs between 60 and 90 days prior to the departure date. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to the departure date, all travel costs including the deposit will be forfeited - No Refund is possible.
2. Deposit and Final Payment: You will be required to pay either payment in full or a deposit of $888 at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment for the payment is required in due full by 30th SEPTEMBER 2026. 3. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is (recommended) compulsory. It must be comprehensive and must cover accidents, injury and illness, medical and hospital expenses. as well as loss to personal property. If you do not have travel insurance you will not hold Lee Carroll, Monika Muranyi, Chris Hooper or Chris Hooper Promotions or their associated businesses, along with AUSTRIPS responsible. 4. Liability waiver: We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise of third-party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited of the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise for any unjust, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. You acknowledge your journey will have the usual risks of travel and, in some cases, additional risks that are associated with adventure activities and the specific nature of your tour. You accept these risks and the possibility of persona injury, property damage or loss which may result from your decision to participate in the tour. You agree that should you be affected by any sickness, serious injury or other unforeseen circumstance, that Lee Carroll, Monika Muranyi, Chris Hooper or Chris Hooper Promotions and any of our partner operators can arrange any urgent medical treatment as deemed necessary for your safety and that all such costs will be borne by you and your travel insurer. 5. Passport and Visa - International Travellers: All international travellers must have a valid passport for international travel. You will be required to have at least 6 months validity from the date of return. Please check with your local Embassy or Consulate to see what is required for you to obtain a ‘Tourist Visa’ for Australia if you are coming in from overseas. All expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements for Australia will be your sole responsibility. 6. Health: You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary documentation. Please check with your local doctor or specialist. |
