Prior to making your booking, PLEASE READ ALL the Tour Information below.
Once you have read through all the following (FAQ, Pricing, Inclusions and Exclusions, Pre-Trip Information, Booking Conditions and Further Requirements), each person will then need to Complete the Following Steps in order to be registered for the event. Button links to the Booking Form and Payment page are at the bottom of this page.​
  • ​STEP ONE:  Download and read the Essential Pre-Trip Information pdf  (to the right)
  • STEP TWO:  Fill in and submit the online Travellers Booking Form  (button link at the bottom of this page)
  • ​STEP THREE:  Pay the Deposit to secure your place  (button link at the bottom of this page) The tour deposit of $888 (plus any payment fees) is essential to hold your space AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  • STEP FOUR:  Download, print, fill in and sign the Travellers Risk Disclosure Form
    (to the right) and return via email to [email protected], because of our legal requirement we must have your signature on file.

Tour Pricing - in Australian Dollars

Dates:  Tuesday 6th – Wednesday 14th April 2027 (8 nights)
Red Hot Deal - Early Bird (due in full by 30th September 2026)

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I have to pay?
Take advantage of Red Hot Deal - Early Bird pricing to secure your space by paying in full or through a payment plan, with an up front deposit of $888. (please note this deposit IS NON-REFUNDABLE should you change your mind)

Early Bird pricing has payment plans available. All early bird payments are due in full by 30th September 2026.

Standard pricing, if there are still spaces available, is due by 6th February 2027. Payment plans are not available for Standard pricing.

What are my payment options?
Payments via TryBooking, Paypal (both will incur fees) or Directly Deposit only. Details below and on the Payment page.

What rooms are available?   All rooms are twin share.  Room shares are women with women, men with men. We have limited number of single rooms available.

Do I need to purchase travel insurance? 
YES, most important.  Travel insurance is compulsory for your own safety and protection.  Please arrange your own travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays in travel, loss or damage to baggage, medical and hospital expenses for injury and illness and valuables. (we highly recommend NOT bringing valuables) 

Can I extend my stay? 
Many participants choose to arrive earlier and stay later.  The additional travel arrangements are at your own cost.

What is the minimum age and age range of participants? 
Minimum age is 18 years old.  (this experience is not suitable for children) We enjoy participants from all ages and gender, usually between 40 and 80.  We do request an element of fitness is necessary, as we will be venturing into forests, climbing on board boats and trains etc. It is also necessary you be able to carry your own baggage.

Is the travel cost guaranteed? 
The current pricing range is valid until payment in full is received.  If you are traveling internationally, please be aware the pricing can change for you, due to fluctuating exchange rates.

  • Airfares to and from Tasmania (NB Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth airports all have direct flights to Launceston and from Hobart)

  • Food (other than the selected meals on tour)
  • Any personal excursions or goods

If you are eager, you take can advantage of the Red Hot Early Bird Pricing Specials by paying either in full or via a payment plan, with an up front, non-refundable deposit.  Early bird pricing is available only until 30th September 2026.  Standard pricing, will ONLY be available if there are still places remaining between 1st October 2026 - 6th February 2027 and to be paid in full only.

Payments will be via TryBooking (plus booking fees)
  • Twin Share:    $5,690 per person AUD  (If you are a couple, please advise on registration for bedding configuration)

To secure your space pay with an up front, non-refundable deposit of $888, plus two additional payments (payment dates below) Payments are only via Direct Deposit or Paypal (plus paypal fees of 2.6% plus $.30 per transaction)
Twin Share Early Bird Payment Plan:  Total $5690

  • Payment 1 – Twin:   $888 AUD non-refundable deposit to be included with Booking Form
  • Payment 2 – Twin:   $2401 AUD by 30th March 2026 (cancellation incurs 50% fee)
  • Payment 3 - Twin:   $2401 AUD by 30th September 2026 (cancellation incurs 50% fee)
Single Room Early Bird Payment Plan:  Total $6990
  • Payment 1 – Single:   $888 AUD non-refundable deposit to be included with Booking Form
  • Payment 2 – Single:   $3051 AUD by 30th March 2026 (cancellation incurs 50% fee)
  • Payment 3 – Single:   $3051 AUD by 30th September 2026 (cancellation incurs 50% fee)
STANDARD PRICES:​  Available between 1st OCTOBER 2026 - 6th FEBRUARY 2027 (if spaces are still available)
For Standard Pricing, payment will be through our usual ticketing vendor (plus bookings fees).
