Prior to making your booking, PLEASE READ ALL the Tour Information below.
Once you have read through all the following (FAQ, Pricing, Inclusions and Exclusions, Pre-Trip Information, Booking Conditions and Further Requirements), each person will then need to Complete the Following Steps in order to be registered for the event. Button links to the Booking Form and Payment page are at the bottom of this page.​

    (button link at the bottom of this page) Either Pay in Full or via our Payment Plan (an upfront Non Refundable Deposit of $888 plus any payment fees and two additional payments) If not paying in full, the deposit is essential to hold your space AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  • STEP FOUR:  Download, print, fill in and sign the Travellers Risk Disclosure Form
    (to the right) and return via email to [email protected]  We must have your signature on file because of our legal requirement.

Tour Pricing - in Australian Dollars

Dates:  Tuesday 6th – Wednesday 14th April 2027 (8 nights)
Red Hot Deal - Early Bird (due in full by 30th September 2026)

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I have to pay?
Take advantage of Red Hot Deal - Early Bird Pricing to secure your space by paying in full or through a payment plan, with an up front deposit of $888. (please note this deposit IS NON-REFUNDABLE should you change your mind)
  • Early Bird pricing has payment plans available. All early bird payments are due in full by 30th September 2026.
  • Standard pricing, if there are still spaces available, is due by 6th February 2027. Payment plans are not available for Standard pricing.

What are my payment options?
Payments via TryBooking, Paypal (both will incur fees) or Directly Deposit only. Details below and on the Payment page.

What if I have to cancel?
  • Deposit:  If you choose to uptake the Early Bird payment plan, and decide you can no longer join us, the deposit of $888 (plus any booking fees applicable) is Non Refundable under any circumstances.
  • By 30th September 2026:  A cancellation incurs a fee of 50% of the amount you have paid, the remaining 50% (less the booking fees) will be refunded. 
  • By 31st December  2026:  No refund is available, you will have forfeited 100% of any payments you have made

What rooms are available?
All rooms are twin share.  Room shares are women with women, men with men. We have limited number of single rooms available.

Do I need to purchase travel insurance? 
YES, most important.  Travel insurance is compulsory for your own safety and protection.  Please arrange your own travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays in travel, loss or damage to baggage, medical and hospital expenses for injury and illness and valuables. (we highly recommend NOT bringing valuables) 

Can I extend my stay? 
Many participants choose to arrive earlier and stay later.  The additional travel arrangements are at your own cost.

What is the minimum age and age range of participants? 
Minimum age is 18 years old.  (this experience is not suitable for children) We enjoy participants from all ages and gender, usually between 40 and 80.  We do request an element of fitness is necessary, as we will be venturing into forests, climbing on board boats and trains etc. It is also necessary you be able to carry your own baggage.

Is the travel cost guaranteed? 
The current pricing range is valid until payment in full is received.  If you are traveling internationally, please be aware the pricing can change for you, due to fluctuating exchange rates.

We suggest you book early to avoid disappointment. To register for this event, make sure you have read all the information above, downloaded, filled in and returned any necessary documents as per the instructions at the top of this page.
