This much needed NEW workshop will cover:
No Prerequisites Necessary - You do not need to have ever used the Bush Essences or attended any other ABFE workshop to enrol. Depending on the flow of the workshop, number of participant questions, time constraint etc, all topics may not be covered.

About Your Facilitator: Elizabeth Curran
Elizabeth currently lives in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She was introduced to the Australian Bush Flower Essences during her third pregnancy in 1992. She has utilised them for herself and her three sons, her younger two sons being diagnosed with Autism in 1995/96.
Her journey as a sole parent has allowed her to dedicate time and research to applying ABFE to her children’s emotional wellbeing through all stages of their personal development from childhood to adulthood with great success. She has also honoured herself with the Bush Essences throughout the challenging journey as their primary caregiver. ABFE has assisted them to maintain a healthy vision as a family moving from chaos and survival through to quality of life with a joyful, optimistic and purposeful future for each of them.
Her role within the Autism community over many years has allowed her to start up parent/support groups where she has advocated for many families by assisting to ‘navigate the system’ within government including funding for services, introducing the Essences to carers and their families, and advocating for safety for children in the local community.
It is now her pleasure to share her unique research and knowledge within the field of Autism and ABFE to support and empower individuals with Autism and their families as well as professionals working in this field.

Hello friends, For the last 15 years whenever I have taught workshops in Melbourne, Elizabeth Curran has regularly attended. Over this time, I have come to know both her and her situation quite well. Elizabeth is someone for whom I have tremendous admiration and respect. She has searched for and embraced the Bush Essences and other methods to help her, as a single Mum, to raise her 3 boys, two of whom have autism. The majority of single parents having just one child with autism experience burnout. Elizabeth has been a beacon in this community advising parents on both how to look after and raise their autistic children successfully and how to be a healthy carer at the same time.
Elizabeth is in great demand to share her expertise and knowledge with both organisations and individuals. Elizabeth, over the years, has sent in many case histories of using the Bush Essences with her boys and she has written a number of articles on this topic for our recent Newsletters. After much pushing, prodding and prompting from me for many years, Elizabeth finally agreed to create a new workshop – Autism, Carers and Australian Bush Flower Essences. She has not only an amazing amount of knowledge and experience to impart but also great warmth and humour in imparting that knowledge.
Elizabeth has a great passion for the Bush Essences and knows them intimately. She was the only non-Japanese participant to attend the International Flower Essence conference that was held in Japan in 2014. Her beaming smile was not the only thing that made her stand out amongst the 400 plus Japanese delegates.
There are so many people needing help and guidance in both understanding and helping their family, friends, or patients deal with the ever-increasing prevalence of autism in our community. This is the very reason that I have pushed Elizabeth to create and run this workshop as I don’t know of anyone who could do a better job of it. I highly commend her one-day workshop to you.
