PLEASE NOTE: This policy overrides all others on Chris Hooper Promotions, Encephalon & Dr Joe Dispenza's websites, tickets and correspondence other than that for this event. By you proceeding with the purchase of tickets indicates you fully understand this cancellation policy:
• All requests for refunds must be made in writing.
• Any booking fee paid is NOT refundable.
• Cancellation requests received up to 1 month in advance of the event start date will receive a full refund, less $110.
• Cancellation requests received up to 10 business days in advance of the event start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellation requests received 10 working days or less in advance of the event start date are non refundable.
• Transfer of name or event incurs same fee's as above
• Certificates of training are not issued for this event
