(regards the delayed booking process for 2018)
From Dr Joe and the Encephalon Team,
Thank you for your patience while we finalized the registration processes for both of our Down Under events.
To streamline our systems, we were changing to a global registration system and unfortunately encountered more problems than we ever imagined. I know that the unforeseen problems in registrations affected many of you. I want you to know that it was never our intention to mislead or take advantage of you. As a result of this situation, we discontinued our relationship with them and have found another solution.
These issues created quite a bit of stress for Chris Hooper, our student body, and my staff too. Please know that Chris Hooper will be our “person on the ground” in both New Zealand and on the Sunshine Coast.
We are now taking registrations for our New Zealand and Australian HERE! Again, we are so grateful to you for your patience as we ironed out the few curve balls. Deepest thanks.
