EVENT CANCELLATION
Chris Hooper Promotions, Lee Carroll and their affiliates reserves the right to cancel or make any changes to the itinerary for any event/seminar/workshop/excursion due to low enrolment or any other circumstances which would make the event non-viable or should any ‘force majeur’ circumstances arise, (such as but not limited to acts of God, acts of Government or any illnesses) that may effect the safety and comfort of all participants.
If any events/seminars/workshops/excursion are cancelled, Chris Hooper Promotions, Lee Carroll and their affiliates shall have no responsibility for any travel arrangements (to, during or after the event/seminar/workshop/excursion) or any other actual or perceived loss or additional expenses you may incur due to the cancellation. If Lee Carroll cancels any event, registrants will be offered a refund for the event/seminar/workshop/excursion (less the booking fee)
PAYMENT PLAN POLICY
- Any reference to currencies will be in Australian Dollars (AUD$) unless otherwise notified.
- Cancellations will be accepted in written format only, via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- Funds will be returned to the credit card you originally paid with ONLY, if paid by PayPal, we would request you provide a credit card for refund in order to avoid the high cost of transaction fee to you for refund.
- The booking fee is not refundable.
- Cancellations before 30th June 2016 - subject to a 10% administration fee
- Cancellations by 15th August, 2016 - subject to 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations from 16th August 2016 - subject to NO REFUND
- Please note, there are no refunds or discounts for no shows, late arrivals and early departures.
- Any extra excursion cancellation results in 100% loss of funds paid, IE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE FOR ANY EXCURSION CANCELLATION.

- Participant may make up to 3 payments for the Kryon Gaia Global Consciousness Retreat at the early bird rate.
- This offer is available up until the end of the early bird on 30th June 2016. Initial minimum payment is $200.00 AUD.
- Payment details are included in email confirmation. A valid email address and phone number is required to participate in the payment plan policy.
- Participants are required to process final payment by 30th June, 2016.
- An additional 5% administration fee will be applied to the registration if participant chooses to use the payment plan option.
- Please Note: Chris Hooper Promotions does not store credit card information, it is the participants responsibility to process payment every 30 days.
