MAKING YOUR ACCOMODATION BOOKING:
1. ACCOMODATION
All prices are per room/per night and there are 3 price options: room only, package with single breakfast or package with double breakfast.
3. ACCOMODATION BOOKING PROCESS
In order to receive the Special Group Booking Rate, it is necessary for delegates to download and complete the Event Accomodation Booking Form available via the download link above and forward it to [email protected].
Delegates will receive a confirmation of their booking, via the same method as their booking, once it has been confirmed. All delegates will be required to present credit card details upon check in as a security deposit for any incidentals. Terms and conditions of the booking including cancellation policy and deposits required are on the booking form. Delegates are responsible for advising of any cancellations direct to the Resort and will be responsible for any cancellation charges. This must be received in writing and is in accord with the cancellation policy listed on the form. |
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Participants are responsible for their own flights and airport transfers to and from the resort. Sunshine Coast Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport or as it is sometimes called Maroochydore Airport is located just 8 minutes (approximately 5.4 kilometres) from Novotel Twin Waters Resort and approximately 90 minutes from Brisbane, the capital of Queensland. Domestic airlines that fly into Sunshine Coast are Jetstar & Virgin only. International airlines - Air New Zealand only. 4. ACCOMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
a. Prior to 30 days of arrival: Payment of 1 nights accommodation will be taken at the time of the accommodation booking. Cancelled rooms before 30 days of arrival will incur one [1] nights cancellation fee.
b. Within 30 days of arrival: Cancelled rooms within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will be charged to the individual’s credit card.
4. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Hotel Check In: 1400 hours (Not guaranteed) Hotel Check Out before 1000 hours

Relax in comfortable holiday accommodation with Resort Room Garden view rooms overlooking lush lawns or bushland and Resort Room Lagoon View rooms overlooking the tranquil lagoon. Bedding configurations for a Queen Resort Room will consist of either a Queen Bed or Queen Bed plus Double fold out sofa. Bedding configurations for a Twin Resort Room will consist of Two Double Beds or Queen Bed plus Single Bed. (Additional pillows/blankets available in all rooms) Resort Rooms offer tea & coffee making facilities as well as bar fridge and bathrooms consist of a shower bath combination with single vanity. Configurations: 1 person or a couple (queen bed) 2 people to share (twin beds) |
ONE BEDROOM SUITES
If you are looking for more than a resort room, try the One Bedroom Suite with unrivalled space to spread out and relax overlooking views of lush lawns or the tranquil lagoon. One-Bedroom Suites feature a King size bed, with sliding doors from the balcony that open to the lounge with a Double pull out sofa bed and small dining area. Bathrooms contain a corner spa bath, shower and double vanity. Kitchenette facilities including microwave, cutlery & crockery, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge and two tv's. King beds can also be converted into two King single beds, on request and additional pillows and blankets are available in all rooms. OVERWATER LAGOON SUITES
Indulge in a lavish Overwater Lagoon Suite enhancing a feeling of endless space and exclusive relaxation. Architecturally designed with overwater walkway leading to to the suites featuring almost 5 metre high atrium ceilings, spacious lounge area with double sofa bed. Set over the resort's private lagoon, featuring a king size bed in a separate bedroom with TV and a large living with a double sofa bed. The suite offers tea & coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge. The living area has a TV with selected pay TV channels, in-house movies and internet facilities.. The bathroom has a spa bath and a separate shower. The Lagoon Suite features a balcony set right over the lagoon. All rooms have air conditioning.
