Early Bird Deposit and Travellers Booking Form
We welcome you to our Tasmanian Adventure as a valued guest. During the tour, we will be making stops and sometimes taking short walks. The aim of our time together is to have an incident free tour (among other glorious adventures together!). We do require some further details from you, so for your safety and our duty of care, please complete the Kryon Travellers Booking Form below.
Completing this form accurately will be beneficial and assist us during the tour in the case of an emergency situation. This information will remain confidential. There are 2 steps to your early bird booking and payment process.

- Step One: Pay the non-refundable deposit
(the tour deposit of $500 is essential to hold your space AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE) - Step Two: Completely fill in and submit the online Travellers Booking Form
(by submitting the form you agree to the booking conditions and further requirements)
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Refunds, changes and Cancellation fees: Fees and extra charges will apply where a booking is changed. Fees and extra charges will also apply when tickets or documents are re-issued.
Cancellations fees: If you wish to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply
Your $500 travel deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, will be forfeited. A $550 cancellation fee ON TOP OF YOUR DEPOSIT, will be payable if your cancellation occurs between 60 and 90 days prior to the departure date. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to the departure date, all travel costs including the deposit will be forfeited.
2. Deposit and Final Payment: you will be required to pay $500 travel deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required in full by 5pm 31st August 2020 (EST)
3. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is compulsory. It must be comprehensive and must cover accidents, injury and illness, medical and hospital expenses. As well as loss to personal property. If you do not have travel insurance you will not hold Lee Carroll, Monika Muranyi Chris Hooper or Chris Hooper Promotions or their associated businesses, along with AusTours responsible.
4. Liability waiver: We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited of the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise for any unjust, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
You acknowledge your journey will have the usual risks of travel and, in some cases, additional risks that are associated with adventure activities and the specific nature of your tour. You accept these risks and the possibility of persona injury, property damage or loss which may result form your decision to participate in the tour. You agree that should you be affected by any sickness, serious injury or other unforeseen circumstance, that Lee Carroll, Monika Muranyi Chris Hooper or Chris Hooper Promotions and any of our partner operators can arrange any urgent medical treatment as deemed necessary for your safety and that all such costs will be borne by you and your travel insurer.
5. Passport and Visa - International Travellers: All international travellers must have a valid passport for international travel. You will be required to have at least 6 months validity from the date of return. Please check with your local Embassy or Consulate to see what is required for you to obtain a ‘Tourist Visa’ for Australia if you are coming in from overseas. All expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements will be your sole responsibility.
6. Health: You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary documentation. Please check with your local doctor or specialist.

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFE AND HAPPY TRAVELS
- Please wear/ bring appropriate clothing and footwear for each day.
- If you are undertaking any walk or activity in your free time please let someone (preferably Chris Hooper) know where you are going and what time you intend to be back.
- If you have a mobile / cell phone please have it with you during free time.
- Please be careful on all tracks and pathways, tree roots, other foliage or loose gravel can be a hazard.
- Please be careful in hotel bathrooms / showers, these can be slippery when wet.
- Please be aware when crossing roads, remember to look BOTH ways before crossing, this can be confusing, some say we drive on the ‘other’ side of the road.
- Be aware that traffic will not stop for you. Cars always have the right of way unless you are crossing on a zebra crossing.
- Please be aware when exiting the coaches that there may be traffic.
- Please carry ALL essential medication with you in your carry on luggage.
- Please only undertake activities/ walks that you are capable of completing and if you are not sure just ask Chris Hooper
- Please follow all instructions of either Lee Carroll, Monica Muranyi, Chris Hooper, coach driver, hotel staff or venue staff in event of any emergency
- Please familiarise yourself with all fire exits in hotel and venues on arrival.
- Seatbelts must be worn by law in AUS while in any vehicle fitted.
